This course aims to help participants understand human circadian rhythm and sleep cycle, impacts of sleep debt and causes of sleep loss. Participants will be able to apply fatigue management strategies, including identifying and acting upon signs of fatigue and implementing appropriate strategies to minimise fatigue during work activities.
