Raffles Onboarding Programme

This programme is mandatory for new joiners to introduce them to the philosophy and organisation of RMG, acquaint them with the opportunities and responsibilities of employment, induct them to the service culture and values, inspire a sense of identity and pride in them, and help them settle into the organisation.
